Ceramic Stability is designed for transparent risk screening and comparative analysis. Every report must carry
method version, engine version, material database version, and generation timestamp.
Confidence Model
- Very low: chemistry-only input, multiple unknowns.
- Low: recipe plus cone only.
- Medium: recipe plus body plus firing plus observations.
- High: measured test evidence included.
- Very high: repeated batches plus lab and long-term observations.
Risk Semantics
- Use terms like screening, risk factors, and requires testing.
- Avoid legal overclaims such as food safe or certified.
- Emit known unknowns as explicit missing-data blocks.
- Prefer comparative deltas over absolute assertions.
Report Contract
